Representatives from the Texas State Police have released the name of the woman that died after a road accident in San Antonio, TX on Thursday, October 30th, 2013, according to Fox San Antonio. UPDATE: Donald Tomaio Killed in Construction Accident in Bass River, New Jersey

Officials in charge of the investigation from the New Jersey State Police have released the name of the construction worker killed in an accident in Bass River Township, NJ on Tuesday, October 29th, 2013, according to CBS Philadelphia. Police familiar with details of the accident suspect Donald Tomaio was killed when he was backed over by a dump truck as he worked on the Garden State Parkway. One Injured in Industrial Accident in Hyannis, Massachusetts

Officials from the Massachusetts State Police have not yet released the name of the man hurt in a construction accident in Hyannis, MA on Wednesday, October 30th, 2013, according to Cape Cod Online. Police believe one person was hurt when a skid loader fell onto them as they worked in a trench located off Attucks Lane. The workers leg became trapped beneath the machinery before he was freed. Officials from the Indiana State Police have released the name of the 25-year-old man hurt in a road accident in St Louis, MO in October of 2013. Police currently have reason to believe Blake Hanger was seriously hurt when the car in which he was a passenger struck the rear of a tractor trailer for reasons currently unclear to accident investigators. Five Injured in Fire Truck Accident on 53rd Street and Queens Stroll Place in Washington DC.

Officials from the Washington DC Police have not yet released the names of the five people hurt in a crash with a fire-truck in Washington DC on Wednesday, October 30th, 2013, according to WUSA.
