Officials in charge of the investigation from the New Jersey State Police have released the name of the construction worker killed in an accident in Bass River Township, NJ on Tuesday, October 29th, 2013, according to CBS Philadelphia. Police familiar with details of the accident suspect Donald Tomaio was killed when he was backed over by a dump truck as he worked on the Garden State Parkway.

According to the statement released by officials, Donald Tomaio sustained massive injuries in the accident and died as a result. No other injuries were reported stemming from the accident. No other injuries were mentioned in the report released by the news. Authorities from both local and state agencies are said to be investigating the accident. Officials hope to release more details as their investigation progresses.
