Representatives from the Rhode Island State Police have released the name of the man killed in a pedestrian accident that happened in Pawtucket, RI on Sunday, October 27th, 2013, according to ABC6. Police currently have reason to believe Emmanuel Martinez was killed when he was struck by a passing car while walking along or trying to cross Interstate 95.
