Macon, MO – Lori Hurley was seriously injured in a single-vehicle accident in Macon on Friday, December 18th, 2015. The accident happened around 12:15 pm.
According to the police report, 43-year-old Hurley was driving a 2008 Kia Optima eastbound along Kennedy Street about a half mile east of US Highway 63 when the vehicle went off the roadway and struck a utility pole.
She incurred serious injuries and was taken to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.
There were no other injuries reported.
Authorities are looking into the reason for the accident.
