Officials in charge of the investigation from the New Jersey State Police have not yet released the name of the man hurt in a dump-truck accident in Denville, NJ on Wednesday, October 30th, 2013, according to The Daily Record. Police currently have reason to believe one person was hurt when the dump-truck they operated experienced a loss of control and rolled at a construction site located off Astro Place.
According to the statement released by officials, the driver, who was estimated to be in his 50s or 60s sustained unspecified injuries in the accident and was transported by emergency response personnel to a nearby hospital where an update on his condition was not made immediately available by hospital staff. Police believe the truck tipped when it dumped its haul of soil. The investigation into the accident is ongoing by personnel from both local and state agencies.
