According to news reports the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a recall for all Circo brand child safety seats specifically sold between January 2005 and June 2009. The seats are sold at Target department stores nationwide for approximately $13. According to the CPSC the buckle of the safety seat can unexpectedly open causing a child to fall. According to recent news reports from Memphis Tennessee a female cyclist has suffered severe injury after being struck by a suspected drunk driver who then fled the scene. The injury accident occurred on Saturday July 16 when 29-year-old Saheem Wright of Midtown was headed south on Cooper and turned onto Evelyn Ave. where he struck the female bicyclist.
