Police currently suspect that Terrence Meeks may have been drunk when the vehicle he operated collided with two men, pinning them to a nearby wall at a local bar. Baytown, TX — A small, single-engine Cessa plane crashed near Market Street and J.B. Leferve Road on Saturday night (March 16) and injured the pilot.
