Local news reports from Round Rock, TX stated that a two-car accident along the frontage road for I-35 on December 29, 2012 sent a car into the near Cinemark Threater. Police said that one of the cars involved in the accident drove off the roadway and into the theater, were it caught fire. Texas Department of Public Safety haven not identified any of the victims in a two-vehicle collsion accident near Corpus Christi, TX on December 27th, 2012. Six people all required hospitalization for non-life-threatening injuries following a collision involving two pickup trucks. Two drivers were suspected of driving under the influence when they collided with each other head on in the evening hours of December 30th, 2012. Authorities believe the  driver of a Nissan pickup collided with the rear of one vehicle on New Laredo Highway. The female driver of that vehicle sustained minor injuries. Texas Highway Authorites have declined to identify the twelve year old girl injured in a December 30th, 2012 car accident on Interstate 69. John Hargrave was operating a Dodge Pickup that reportedly failed to stop at a red light and collided with a Nissan pickup truck that contained five passengers. One of the passengers of the Nissan was a 12-year old girl who was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital with critical head injuries. Authorities have not identified the funeral escort that required hospitalization following a December 27th, 2012 in McAllen, TX. McAllen Police believe the funeral procession did not have adequate escort staffing, and the driver of the motorcycle may have been injured due to an inattentive driver. Officials from the Texas Department of Public Safety have declined to identify the five motorists injured in a semi-truck accident near Jacksonville, TX on December 27th, 2012. Cherokee County Accident investigators believe a flatbed truck failed to yield on County Road 4418 and made contact with the rear end of a larger truck hauling a trailer. The collision pushed one of the trucks into eastbound lanes of  traffic where it collided with both a westbound, and an eastbound vehicle as it crossed the center lane of traffic. Maine Highway Authorities have released the name of the individual killed on December 9th, 2012 in an Old Town, ME car accident. Jonathan Worster died when the vehicle he was operating left the roadway for reasons unknown, collided with a utility pole and flipped. Wolfforth Police Department have identified the husband and wife injured in a December 27th, 2012 car accident in Wolfforth, TX. Both Ashley and Albert Pena required hospitalization after a three-vehicle accident on West Fifth Street in Wolfforth. News reports from Willits, CA said that the injured parties from a three-car accident on December 7, 2012 have been identified as Shelly Tillery, 53, Crystal Ryan, 26, who suffered major injuries. Cynthia Silva, 54, Carol Deuel, 75, Frank Deuel 76, and Alyssa Cramer, 22, were also injured in the accident. According to local news reports, 11-year old Mercy Martinez was injured near McKinley Elementary School on December 18, 2012 after she was hit by a van. Police said that Martinez was walking with a group of friends across Ellis Street, just outside the school, when she was hit by an oncoming van did not stop in time.
