Authorities in charge of the investigation from the Illinois State Troopers have not yet identified the employees injured in a workplace explosion on Monday, April 1st, 2013. Police and accident investigators currently suspect that two Northstar Metal Products employees were injured when heavy machinery exploded without warning around noontime Monday. The report does not clearly illustrate the nature of the explosion, or the type of machinery involved. The explosion resulted in a fire inside the factory. Authorities currently spearheading the investigation from New York State Police have issued a prepared statement to the public that has definitively identified the individual they suspect was injured in an industrial accident in Barker, New York at the AES Somerset LLC plant on Monday, March 25th, 2013. Police and accident investigators currently have reason to believe Kody Hollingshead sustained life-threatening injuries when the All Terrain Vehicle he operated and another ATV operated by Zachary Knight.
