Officials in charge of the investigation from the Ohio State Highway Authority have issued a statement to the public that contains the identity of the individual they suspect was seriously injured in an ATV accident on Sunday, March 31st, 2013. Police and accident investigators currently have reason to believe Kody Hollingshead sustained life-threatening injuries when the All Terrain Vehicle he operated and another ATV operated by Zachary Knight.

According to the report, Kody Hollingshead sustained massive life-threatening injuries when he was thrown from the ATV, and was transported by emergency response personnel via helicopter to MetroHealth Medical Center where hospital staff last listed him in critical condition. The investigation into the serious accident is currently active and ongoing by personnel from local and state agencies. Zachary Knight currently faces charges of OVI stemming from the accident. Authorities hope that any eyewitnesses that have not yet come forward will do so in an effort to aid investigators in better understanding the nature of the accident that left one person in critical condition.
