Authorities currently tasked with the evaluation from the North Dakota State Police have issued a statement to the public that has definitively identified the individual they suspect sustained serious injury in a workplace explosion in Ross, North Dakota on Wednesday, March 27th, 2013. Police and accident investigators currently suspect Darian Songer-Bail was hurt when the oil tanker truck he worked on or near exploded with no warning.

According to the report, Darian Songer-Bail sustained massive injuries in the accident and was transported by emergency response personnel via helicopter to Trinity Hospital where an update on his condition was not made immediately available by hospital staff. One other individual was killed in the blast that injured Songer-Bail. The investigation into the accident is currently underway, and authorities are currently unsure of the cause of the explosion. Authorities expect to release more information regarding the accident in the coming days as their evaluation progresses.
