Monday, July 29th 2013 —   Forrester Berry, 25, was identified in reports as a tree trimmer who was injured when a portion of a tree he was trimming fell on him in Montrose, WI on Monday. Tuesday, July 30th 2013 —   Derek D. Ramsey, 25, was taken to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight after being involved in an accident with a semi-truck in Richmond, IN on Tuesday. Tuesday, July 30th 2013 —   Karen Lorenzen, 47, was identified in reports as the driver of a Kia Optima that was allegedly struck from behind by a semi-truck in Victor, IA on Tuesday. Lorenzen was taken to Marengo Hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries sustained in the accident. Tuesday, July 30th 2013 —   Jerry Sturdevant, 55, was identified as the truck driver injured in an accident involving his truck and a Kia Optima in Victor, IA on Tuesday. He was taken to Grinell Hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries sustained in the accident. Monday, July 29th 2013 —   Kaghy Sam, 29, was identified in reports as a man who was injured as he fled the scene of Monday’s Blue Rhino Propane plant explosion in Tavares, FL. Monday, July 22nd 2013 —   Tom Spears was walking with his grandson in the parking lot of Evans Hardware in Inez, KY when he and his grandson were both allegedly struck by a suspect fleeing authorities. Monday, July 22nd 2013 —   Shawn Messer, 5, was taken to an undisclosed medical facility for treatment of a broken pelvis and facial injuries after he was allegedly struck by a vehicle fleeing authorities on Monday in Inez, KY. Tuesday, July 30th 2013 —   A five-vehicle accident in Houston, TX on Tuesday left one pregnant woman with unknown injuries, one unidentified person with some degree of injury and a 24-year-old female in serious condition. It is not clear from initial reports where all of the injured parties were taken for treatment, nor was the nature of injuries sustained in the accident mentioned.
