A single-vehicle rollover accident has left a woman from Perryton, TX with nonfatal injuries in Manchester, OK on Wednesday night (January 30, 2013). Police said that Tara Carter, 44, was driving north along Highway 132 about 4 miles south of Manchester at approximately 10:30 p.m. when she lost control of her Nissan Pathfinder. Denton, TX news reports said that college student Dustin Starks is still in serious condition after he fell from a 15-foot balcony at the Delta Sigma Phi house at UNT’s campus in Denton, TX. Starks, who is a member of Sigma Nu’s fraternity at UNT, was at a party at the Delta Sigma Phi house last Saturday evening and fell from a balcony, fracturing his skull and spine.
