Denton, TX news reports said that college student Dustin Starks is still in serious condition after he fell from a 15-foot balcony at the Delta Sigma Phi house at UNT’s campus in Denton, TX. Starks, who is a member of Sigma Nu’s fraternity at UNT, was at a party at the Delta Sigma Phi house last Saturday evening and fell from a balcony, fracturing his skull and spine.

The cause of the accident isn’t being released yet, but authorities said that the accident happened during Rush Week, which is time set aside for prospective members to look into the various fraternities. UNT officials are allegedly handling the incident and refused to disclose any details to the news outlets.
