New Braunfels, TX police have reported an SUV rollover accident on I-35 on December 19, 2012. According to the reports, a family was driving south on I-35 in a 2007 Volkswagen CrossFox at about 5:00 p.m. when their vehicle hit a piece of metal in the road, causing it to lose control and hit a retaining wall. Local news reports from McGregor, TX stated that James Westerfield was injured on December 19, 2012 after a car accident along Mother Neff Parkway. News reports this morning said that two people were injured in downtown Dallas, TX after the DART train they were riding collided with a Jaguar. The accident happened at about 8:15 a.m. and the driver of the Jaguar was reportedly trying to beat the DART train across the tracks when the accident occurred.
