Wednesday, July 31st 2013 — One unidentified 2-year-old child was rescued from a pool at The Grove Apartments in Bryan, TX on Wednesday. An unidentified adult performed CPR on the child to keep the child alive until EMTs could arrive, as the child was reportedly not breathing at first.
Scene of the Accident:
The child was taken to Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, TX when the child was admitted in critical condition. Child Protective Services will be investigating as protocol for these types of accidents, and have not stated that they suspect anything out of the ordinary. It is not clear from initial reports whether or not the adult present with the accident occurred was one of the child’s parents or not.
