Wednesday, July 31st 2013 — James L. Moore, 58, was taken to Via Christi Hosptial in critical condition after being involved in a three-vehicle accident in Wichita, KS on Wednesday. Moore was a passenger in an SUV that allegedly failed to maintain its own lane, and allegedly striking two other vehicles. It is not clear from initial reports what the nature of Moore’s injuries sustained in the accident may be.
Scene of the Accident:
Investigation into the accident is still underway, but preliminary reports state that a southbound SUV allegedly sideswiped another vehicle, the vehicle went out of control and into oncoming lanes of I-235 and allegedly struck another vehicle. A total of five injuries were reported in the accident, but no specifics were given in relation to any of those injuries.
