In the event that alcohol may have played a role in this injury accident a suspected drunk driver face civil charges for their actions in addition to any possible criminal charges. Furthermore if the alleged drunk driver had become intoxicated due to being over-served alcohol at a bar or restaurant prior to being involved in an injury accident an alcohol-serving entity may also bear liability for the accident due to Texas liquor liability laws. In the event that any type of negligent behavior by any involved parties is suspected of being a contributing factor to this wrong way wreck a third party investigation may be pursued that can look into such matters so that all liable parties can be brought to justice for their negligent actions.
