Many different issues may have contributed to this unfortunate pool accident from negligent supervision failure to prevent unattended children from getting into a pool area or possible deliberate negligent behavior by another person. When pool accidents occur due to the possible negligent actions of an involved person or entity an independent investigation may be conducted that can work to discover how such an accident occurred so that any liable parties can be brought to justice.
