Drunk driving accidents often cause much more damage including loss of life than what happened in this particular accident however even accidents that cause injury should require that the negligent driver be held responsible for their behavior. Furthermore dram shop laws exist in many states that are used to hold negligent alcohol-serving establishments accountable if they were somehow involved in a drunken driving accident. The injured victim in this alleged drunk driving accident can consider contacting their family attorney so that the negligent party or parties if others were involved can be held accountable for their actions resulting in this injury.
