Its unfortunate that those who would choose to engage in drunk driving must cause such an accident before theyre often made aware of the types of damage they can cause when they choose to drive while drunk. The injured victims in this accident may be able to seek civil action against the liable driver or possibly against any alcohol-serving establishment that may have contributed to this accident depending on the specific laws governing such situations in Washington. As such the injured victims can contact their respective family attorneys in order to see what their legal options may be so that all liable parties can be held accountable for their negligent behavior.
