Accidents involving pedestrians often result in severe injury or even loss of life. As such all drivers ought to take special care when near a crosswalk or when pedestrians are close by. As the investigation into the accident is likely continuing the cause for the accident has likely yet to be found out. Sometimes an independent investigation may be one of the few ways in which the victim can find out exactly what caused or contributed to this unfortunate accident so that all liable parties can be held accountable for their negligence that resulted in severe personal injury.
