Monday, April 29th 2013– Three workers at a construction site outside of Austin, TX were struck by lightning. All three sustained injury, one with ‘less-serious’ injuries, the other two in critical condition at University Medical Center Brackenridge
Scene of the accident:
One of the workers was an employee of the catering company that operates a food truck, the other two were construction workers who were building the apartment at the site in question. According to eyewitness reports, the rest of the work force took shelter while the two injured construction workers went to the food truck.
