Officials from the Texas State Troopers have identified the teenagers injured in an accident with a tractor trailer in Joaquin, TX on February 26th, 2013. Police and accident investigators currently suspect that both April Hataway and Janee Jody sustained injury when the vehicle they occupied potentially suffered a sudden loss of control while navigating FM 2428 after a semi-truck operated by an as-of-yet unidentified individual swerved into their lane. The vehicle rolled as a result of the accident.

According to the report, both April Hataway and Janee Jody sustained injury in the accident. Authorities are currently searching for the tractor-trailer and its driver for questioning. The investigation into the accident is currently active and ongoing, and authorities hope that any eyewitnesses that have not yet come forward will do so in an effort to better understand the nature of the accident that left two people hurt.
