The Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital confirmed that 42-year old Christopher Sells was admitted after a Wednesday morning (February 27) car accident on Highway 190. The DPS reports said that Sells was driving west along Highway 190 in front of the DPS building when an SUV pulled out in front of him from FM 777 and caused a collision.

The wreck left Sells with nonfatal injuries, but he was rushed to Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital and was still undergoing treatment as of Wednesday afternoon. The driver of the SUV, 88-year old Benton Brockette and his two passengers, Charlotte Brockette and Annette Riddle, were not injured by the collision.
