A pedestrian accident in San Angelo, TX last Friday (February 22, 2013) sent a 7-year old girl to Shannon Medical Center for head injuries. SAPD stated that the girl, who wasn’t named, was hit while crossing the 1900 block of West Beauregard Avenue at about 4:37 p.m. on Friday afternoon.

As the girl cross the road, police said that the car in the inside lane stopped and allowed her to pass, but a Dodge Caliber on the outside lane did not, hitting her. She was taken to Shannon Medical Center to be treated for non-fatal head injuries. The driver of the Caliber was identified as 42-year old Liliana Jaramillo of San Angelo.
