Lubbock, TX — There were reports of an accident on Wednesday morning in the southwest outskirts of Lubbock, and police confirmed it today. They said that two cars, a gold Buick and a silver Volvo SUV, were in a wreck along Slide Road on Wednesday morning (July 29, 2015) at about 11:20 a.m.
The accident happened at the intersection with 82nd Street and one of the drivers was left with injuries that required hospitalization.
However, the police made sure to note that they didn’t think anyone was in life-threatening condition. The cause of the wreck, including who was at fault, is not being released.
