Unfortunately, it seems to be the case that many people have huge biases against motorcyclists when it comes to traffic accidents. They’ll tend to blame the bike for the accident, without really knowing all the facts. In light of that, the investigation following the accident takes on even greater importance. In the end, it’s evidence that’s going to prove a case, so victims of these kinds of accidents will want to have every available resource at their disposal.
