El Paso police have arrested the man suspected of seriously injuring two people in an alleged street-racing accident in El Paso, TX on December 17th, 2012. Police believe William Moss was engaged in a street race when one of the vehicles lost control, left the roadway, flipped and rolled several times before knocking down a utility pole and coming to a stop.

Moss was arrested under suspicion of racing on a highway causing bodily injury. The driver of the other vehicle also possibly faces charges relating to racing, as well as intoxicated assault.
