Paradise, CA — A man was hospitalized after being involved in an alleged DUI accident in Paradise, California, on Tuesday, March 31, 2015. The accident took place on Elliot Road, near the intersection of Clark Road.
According to local reports, a man identified as Noel Martin was injured after being rear-ended by a woman identified as 53-year old Michelle Friesz. Local police say that after arriving on the scene, they found that Friesz was intoxicated. She was placed under arrest.
Emergency workers arriving on the scene transported Martin to Feather River Hospital for neck and back pain. The accident is still being investigated.
