According to Dallas, TX news reports, a shooting at the Red Bird Apartments on October 20, 2012 left Joshua Bennett, 22, injured. Police said that Bennett was confronted at his apartment by two intruders who shot him twice as they attempted to enter Bennett’s apartment.

The shootings left Bennett injured, but he was listed in stable condition at a local hospital. The two shooters fled the scene and were not immediately identified. Police said that the shooting may have been gang-related.
