CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — One person was taken to the hospital immediately following an accident between a bicyclist and a car in Corpus Christi, Texas on Sunday, December 28th, 2014. The news report from KIII-TV said that the accident happened sometime early Sunday morning.
Authorities said that an unidentified person was hurt when they were struck by a vehicle while riding their bike on Holly Road near the intersection with Carroll Lane. Police said that the offending driver left the scene of the accident.
No update on the condition of the cyclist.
Corpus Christi Police are still investigating the accident.
