AttorneyBryan Loncar was involved in an accident with a fire engine on May 15 2008.The accident occurred when Mr. Loncar was traveling west on Lomo Alto Drive. As he passed through theintersection at Lemmon Ave. his 2008 Bentley was struck onthe drivers side causing the vehicle to spin off of the road and crash into a thirdvehicle occupied by a woman and three children.
Mr. Loncar was transported to Parkland hospitalfor treatment of his injuries. His condition is not yet known.
Lt. Scott Bratcher of the Dallas Police Departmentsaid that the accident is still under investigation but it is likely that theywill deem Loncar to be at fault since he failed to yield right of way toan emergency vehicle.
