According to local news reports in Wichita Falls, a man was seriously injured on September 25, 2012 after a motorcycle accident along US-281. Police in the area said that 51-year old Kevin Wolfe was riding his motorcycle along US-281, just outside of Wichita Falls, when he was involved in a collision with a pickup truck at about 7:25 a.m.

The reports said that Wolfe was seriously injured and airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. The driver of the pickup truck was identified as 46-year old Jerry Fulfer. He was not believed to be injured during the wreck. Authorities did not release the cause of the accident or say which driver was at fault.
