Police reports from Zephyr, TX stated that a rollover accident involving one vehicle left three teenagers injured on September 20, 2012. According to the reports, 17-year old Laramey Seat was driving a pickup truck with Timothy Collins and Megan Cruz when the truck overturned near the intersection of FM 1467 and County Road 291.

Seat and Collins were reportedly thrown from the pickup truck during the accident and were taken to a local hospital in Fort Worth, where they were both listed in comas. Cruz was also taken to a hospital, but her injuries were not known at the time of the accident reports. Cruz was the only occupant in the truck who was wearing a seat belt, police said.
