Police reports from Borger, TX stated that a two-vehicle accident in Borger, TX on September 18, 2012 left Zachary Snider, 18, Daniel White, 18, Kelby Loveless, 21, and one other injured. According to sources, Loveless was driving a Pontiac, with one passenger, north along Cedar Street and was making a left turn when they were struck by a Nissan coupe.

The Nissan was driven by Snider and also carried Snider, both of whom were taken to a local hospital with Loveless and the other passenger in the Pontiac. All were treated for nonfatal injuries, sources said. Police said that Loveless may have failed to yield the right of way during the accident.
