Marlin, TX — News reports coming out of Marlin, Texas, are saying that the driver of an 18-wheeler was injured after his truck hit a guardrail and fell off the Highway 6 overpass onto FM 147.
The accident occurred around 8:15 on the morning of Friday, September 19, 2014. Reports have said that there was a dense fog on the roads that morning, leading some officials to believe that weather was to blame for the accident.
The driver was taken to Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center in Plano, Texas, although there was no information on the extent of his injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
