According to local news sources a man in Victoria TX was injured on August 17 2012 after a vehicle struck him in a parking lot. 63-year old David Lucio was reportedly walking through a parking lot at approximately 12:00 p.m. when a truck began to back out of a parking space and struck him.

Lucio was not seriously injured but he was taken to a the Citizens Medical Center for treatment. The driver of the pickup truck was identified as 58-year old Glenn Rawlston and he was uninjured in the accident. The accident happened near the intersection of North Navarro Street and Trinity Street.
