LITTLE ROCK, AR — A motorcycle collision left one person dead in Little Rock, Arkansas on Monday, June 30th, 2014, according to the news report from Arkansas Online.
Authorities tasked with leading the crash investigation from the Little Rock Police Department say that they have reason to believe one person died when a motorcycle collided with a tractor-trailer while driving on Sloane Drive around 1:00 Monday afternoon.

The motorcyclist was killed in the collision. He was alone on the motorcycle at the time of the crash.
The investigation is being handled by local accident reconstruction experts, who hope to release more information about the crash at a later time.

In this case, the victim in this accident is probably going to bear the brunt of the fault in this accident, based on what I see in the news and the fact that the victim is believed to have attempted to pass in a no-pass zone. But rarely if ever do I see accidents with a clear black and white 100 percent fault/innocent in the end. Any type of accident with a commercial vehicle is worth a closer look, simply to determine if even the slightest bit of fault rests elsewhere.
