Do not leave the scene of the accident

Do not discuss the accident with the other driver

Take pictures of the accident scene before moving thevehicles

Collect the following information:

    -Name of the other driver
    -Address
    -City/State/Zip
    -Driver’s license number
    -Year make and model of the car
    -Insurance company and policy number
    -Insurance company’s telephone number
    -Date and time of the accident
    -Location of the accident
    -Weather and road conditions
    -Police report number
    -Names and phone numbers of any witnesses
