Ozark, AR — Police are reporting that Christopher Bennett was killed in a motorcycle accident that took place on Highway 23, about five miles south of Ozark, Arkansas, on Sunday. The accident occurred around 8:15 in the evening.
Bennett was driving down Highway 23 with Deborah Nichols. Bennett lost control of his bike while trying to negotiate a curve. Bennett crossed the median and slid into a ditch before hitting a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Nichols was taken to Mercy Hospital in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
There’s been no word on what caused the accident. Information, such as how fast the victim was traveling at the time of the accident.
