VICTORIA, TX — A serious car accident sent three people, two of whom are children to the hospital in Victoria, Texas on Wednesday, February 26th, 2014, according to a report from The Victoria Advocate.
Police have said that they believe three people were hurt when the Oldsmobile Alero they were in collided with a pickup truck in the 6000 block of North Navarro Street. Officials believe the truck was driving at an unsafe speed.

Two adults and one child were taken to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries int he accident. The driver of the pickup truck was identified as David Oeltjen, who was cited for failure to control speed in connection with the accident.
The investigation into the accident is currently underway.
