However a disease that rapidly breaks down skeletal muscle producing a higher chance of organ failure is not a reasonable effect. This is the basis for product liability law as a level of reasonableness is established between consumers and a manufacturer. From there an expert is needed to investigate the injury and pair it with the medication.
