Commentary
Recalls involving motor vehicles should be paid particular attention. The report states KSM has received one incident of a hospitalization due to the breaking of the handlebar clamps. Manufacturers will often issue recalls when they become aware of a defect in their product. Failure to do so could produce great liability in personal injury or even wrongful death claims. Because the potential for danger is so great readers should take heed of this recall and contact KTM.
