Thursday, August 8th 2013 — The unidentified operator of a crane that tipped over in McAllen, TX was taken to the hospital after rescue crews were able to extricate the man. Initial reports state that the man did not sustain major injuries, but the hospital is yet to release any information about the man, or his injuries.
Scene of the Accident:
The accident took place out front of the International Museum of Art and Science on Bicentennial Ave. The crane was carrying a blade from a wind turbine, but it is not clear if that equipment was part of an exhibit at the museum.
