Drivers have a responsibility to ensure that they do not bring harm to others with their actions. In cases where drivers neglect this responsibility and injure another that victim may wish to file a personal injury lawsuit. Unfortunately this is almost always a difficult task. I have worked on these types of lawsuit for twenty years and I have seen people go to extraordinary lengths to avoid being held responsible for an accident. But the truth is that the law is designed to protect the victims in these accidents.
