When someone is injured by another persons careless actions (or inactions) the victim may wish to seek justice through a personal injury civil suit especially when the injuries are as serious as Berrys. Unfortunately this is rarely a simple task. I have worked on all sorts of personal injury cases for twenty years and I have seen the lengths to which people will go in order to avoid accepting responsibility for the accidents they cause.
