College Station, TX – Several were injured after a two vehicle accident on Texas Avenue on December 19, 2015. The accident occurred around 9:00 PM.
According to reports, a truck was attempting to turn from Harvey Mitchell Parkway onto Texas Avenue when the driver collided with a truck traveling along Texas Avenue. Five occupants were in one truck, and one occupant was in the other truck.
Several individuals involved in the accident sustained injuries as a result of the collision. They were transported to the hospital for treatment of their various injuries. The number of individuals injured, as well as, the extent of those injuries is unknown at this time.
The accident is currently being investigated by the police. Reports have not indicated if distracted driving or alcohol may have contributed to causing the accident.
