Burlington, WI — A man named George Enerson, 29 years old, was injured and sent to a hospital along with a semi-truck driver after their vehicles were in an accident. The trucker was identified as Anthony Bhimull, 34 years old, and the accident happened on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 just outside of Burlington.
According to the news reports, Anthony Bhimull was driving a semi-truck along Highway 11 that afternoon around 1:30 p.m., headed east, while a pickup truck driven by George Enerson was headed south on Highway J/English Settlement Avenue.
At the intersection of the two roads, it appears that Enerson’s truck ran a stop sign and drove into Bhimull’s path, causing a major wreck.
Bhimull’s truck flipped over as a result and he was critically injured. Enerson was also hurt by the accident, but his condition wasn’t clear.
Right now, it’s not clear why Enerson failed to yield that afternoon.

Commentary:
It’s a common misconception that personal injury attorneys are all out to get truck drivers, but that’s simply not true. What I’m after is stopping negligent driving that gets people hurt, and that applies to regular drivers as well.
That’s why I think it’s important for my readers to be reminded that when someone causes an accident and commercial truck driver is injured as a result, the trucker has rights just the same as any other driver. It’s not as if being a trucker somehow exempts you from exercising any of your rights.
