Westminster, MD — 30-year-old Joshua Robert Brown was injured in a single-vehicle car accident that occurred around 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 2 near the intersection of Bachman Valley Road and Bixler Church Road.
According to police, Brown was heading south when he allegedly lost control of his 2015 Nissan Versa and veered off the road into the shoulder. He hit an embankment, then continued to lose control before hitting a second embankment.
Brown was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center with life-threatening injuries. Police are still investigating to find out what may have caused the original loss of control.
